HOW CAN I PLACE AN ORDER?
Here’s a simple guide to help you place an order on My Happy Deals.ae:
- Browse through the products. Select the items you would like to buy, select your desired color/design and add them to your cart.
- After you add everything you need to the bag, click ‘View Cart” and then “Proceed to Checkout”.
- Fill your shipping information; the default payment method is “Cash On Delivery”.
- Click “Place Order Now”.
- You will get a Order confirmation mail on your registered Email address.
ARE YOUR PRODUCTS ORIGINAL?
All the products on My Happy Deals are 100% original. We work directly with brands and their authorized distributors to guarantee 100% authentic products.
DO YOU HAVE A PHYSICAL SHOP?
My Happy Deals.ae is a pure online store. We don’t have any physical stores, but we will deliver your order directly to your door.
HOW CAN I PAY FOR MY ORDER?
We want to make your shopping experience as simple & safe as possible so we are offering:
“Cash on Delivery” without any additional charges.
WHERE DO YOU DELIVER TO?
You will be glad to know we deliver anywhere in the UAE. Some areas take longer than others and that depends on the courier company.
WHEN WILL I GET MY ORDER?
Orders are processed and shipped 6 days a week (Saturday-Thursday), except UAE Public Holidays.
We can deliver to your home, office or hotel.
For deliveries in the UAE, you will receive your order within 2-3 working days. Our courier company will confirm the best delivery time in advance. For Cash-on-Delivery orders, please have the exact amount available for the courier.
WHAT ARE YOUR SHIPPING CHARGES?
Shipping cost will be AED 10 (Within UAE), if Bill amount will be AED 99 than shipping cost will be absolutely free.
HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
- Login to your account (Your default id is your Email address, Password is Auto created by MyHappyDeals & mailed to your email address at the time of order placements)
- Check your recent transaction
- Click on one transaction which you want to track
- Enter your Order ID in box with Email ID and press button, this was given to you on your receipt and in the confirmation email you should have received.
- You will get to know your current status of your shipment.
RETURNING AN ITEM FOR REFUND
HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?
We understand that there may be times when you want to return something you’ve bought and we are here to help you out.
- Within 14 days of receiving your order you need to send an email to our Customer Support Team at email@example.com with your order number, mentioning the items you wish to return. Mention the reason for return, (Return: Except Attars & Perfumes)
- Returnable item must be in Original packing & resalable condition.
- We will arrange collection for the item(s) you want to return but the Currier charges (AED 10) needs to be bear by customer.
- Free 14 days free exchange in case of manufacturing defects. (Except Attars & Perfumes)
- Products under one year warranty can also be returned for free repair (from the date of invoice till one year)
- Upon verifying the physical condition & the defect next process will initiate.
- In case the returned product is not reparable substitute product will be provided.
- In case substitute product is also not available product purchase price will be return.
- The entire refundable amount will be process in the way you have made the initial payment.e. cash payments will be returned in Cash & Card Payments will be returned in card within 14 working days maximum.
- In all the return & exchange Original Invoice (warranty certificate if applicable) must be presented at the time of return to verify the product is bought from My Happy Deals only.
- We do best care of our customers but, In case of any dispute My Happy Deals has the final right to take the last decision.
